The upcoming Peel date at the end of this week will feature some new personel performing and also some new repetoire with a hitherto unperformed piece from the original Whimwise album . Many people have described this tune as their favourite and expressed regret that it`s never been played live . So don`t miss the debut performance of this popular epic "Not In My Name".

Whimwise keyboardist and vocaliser Alquimia, has been busy with performing her own solo music recently . She`s been doing concerts in London (at the Swiss Church in Covent garden ) and Germany ( for the national German Bank ) and she has another show of her own coming up very soon after the Whimwise Kingston date . It`ll be on May 30th at Ivy House in Stuart Road, Nunhead . Check out her excellent solo material there.

Whimwise full time drummer Steve Hughes, (ex Enid and Kino) has recently featured in a professional video shoot for Paul Wiffens "Fire In The South" project . Paul Wiffen is a well known session musician/ programmer having collaborated with many big names in the music business in the past.
Although a one off , Steve enjoyed working with Paul and you can see the resulting video with Steve playing drums here -
